You can show your pride for your team with mascots and banners to show your support. You can also use TVs to play the game.
- Field Trips
Decorating a party bus can also be done by the kids as a fun activity. This can be a fun learning experience as they decorate the vehicle with a theme that is associated with their event. For instance, if they are going to an ocean-themed park, let them put up some pictures of their favorite animal.

Decorating a party bus, like any other venue, can really set the tone and ambiance for your event. Before heading straight for a party supply shop, you should take some tips from the professionals. You should first ask permission from the bus rental company, to ensure that they can accommodate your request. Some companies may have prohibitive policies around decorating, so you should speak with them first to avoid incurring any additional expenses.
Below are some guides in decorating your chosen party bus:
Incorporate the theme of the event
The way you decorate for your prom is going to be way different than how you decorate a chess tournament, for example. Keep this distinction in mind and decorate to match the theme of your particular event.
Lighting
Lighting can be a critical tool to set the tone for a party. Most party buses contain adjustable light systems for an easy way to set the ambiance. If you want to add something special, you can ask the company in advance.
Balloons
Balloons are always a fun addition to any party. If you are going to add balloons on your design, make sure you don’t overcrowd the space that your guests will be using. Additionally, you must ensure the balloons will never reach or distract the driver.
Banners
Banners are a simple and easy way to define your event. This is ideal for an event like corporate trips, birthdays, or other celebrations. You can also put the banner outside the bus, to help guests identify the bus in parking areas.
Specific trips and their appropriate decorations
- Corporate events
You can use corporate color for your decoration to set the mood of the event. If a party bus is equipped with a television, then it is a good time to watch a presentation about the company or put up the company logo.
- Graduation
You can add a special touch to the seats to make the celebrants feel special, like a stylish name card. You don’t need to add complicated decorations. All you need to do is put a stylish name card on their corresponding seats.
- Sporting Events
You can show your pride for your team with mascots and banners to show your support. You can also use TVs to play the game.
